Natalie Bridle, Interior Designer

San Francisco Bay Area

It all began with renting my first house. I had always been interested in interior design, but struggled with committing to furniture in rented spaces. However, I chose to rent a house before purchasing one, and was ready to invest in the space in a more meaningful way. What this meant is that I needed to create dedicated spaces with functional, beautiful furniture that could also grow with my family long-term. This began an obsession with research - I spent most of my free time testing design programs and tools, finding the best online vendors with reliable, human customer service and quality products, and reading any design blog and book I could get my hands on.

This all became incredibly valuable when I purchased a home in July 2020. I was ready to commit to a full-gut remodel plus furnishings. I served as designer and project manager throughout the remodel, building a network of incredibly talented professionals with every step. I completed our home over the course of 2 years and shared the progress with friends and family, creating my first set of clients. This then grew to colleagues, friends of friends, and now referrals from my industry connections… and Natalie Bridle Interiors was born. While the design piece of my career is new, project and client management is not. With 15+ experiences in corporate roles, this has served me well in the transition to the design world. And I’ll tell you, this is a lot more fun!
